Divorce Interventions
When you have determined that reconciliation is not possible and are on the path to divorce, there are many ways to approach dissolving your marriage.
Dr. Robert Emery has identified a Hierarchy of Intervention that ranges from lowest to highest conflict. I offer the range of moderate-conflict services highlighted below.

Lowest Level of conflict. If you and your partner or spouse can come to a mutually satisfactory agreement about how you would like to dissolve your relationship, you may only want an attorney to review final paperwork and help with filing documents. |

Moderate level of conflict. I can help you determine which of these services best fit your individual sitaution. Each highlighted item to the left links to more information about how I can deliver this level of service in my practice. If you determine that you need legal representation, instead of consultation, I will be happy to refer you to other experienced litigators in the community. |
